CPNE reference for Zamir Niazi
KARACHI — The Council of Pakistan Newspaper Editors (CPNE) is holding a condolence reference on Friday, June 18, at 4 pm at the CPNE Secretariat for veteran journalist Zamir Niazi, author of three books on history of journalism and freedom of press.
The Anjuman Taraqi Pasand Musanefeen has also announced holding of a condolence meeting for Zamir Niazi on June 18 at 5.30 pm at the Arts Council of Pakistan. The meeting will be presided over by Mr. Ahmad Ali Khan, former chief editor of Dawn.
