Cinemas showcase 6 Pashto films on Eid
PESHAWAR: Like past years, a total of six new Pashto films will be released on Eid-ul-Fitr this year at difference cinemas in Peshawar, Swat and Mardan. In these films, peace, war and love have mainly been focused, which will begin business from the first day on Eid-ul-Fitr. Despite a mushroom growth in use of internet and CDs, a huge number still prefer big screens for movies.
Names of these coming new films are, Tofan, Afghan, Qasam, Bad Amala, Hardam Khair and Uf Lamba Lamba Shum. In these movies, actors and actresses are Qasam (Arbaz Khan, Jahangir Khan & Sobia Khan), Ghaddar (Arbaz Khan, Jahangir Khan & Sobia Khan), Da Khukalo Badshahi Da (Shahid Khan, Dua Qureshi, Jahangir Khan, Asma Lata), Badamala (Shahid Khan, Dua Qureshi, Kiran, Sunbal & Jahangir Khan), Har Dam Kher (Shahid Khan, Dua Qureshi, Kiran, Asma Lata, Muhammad Hussain Swati & Jahangir Khan.
Too much popular actors and actress are included in these Pashto new movies, which are ready to be released on Eid-ul-Fitr. Casting Qasam Production contains Arbaz Khan, Dilbar Munir, Jahangir Khan, Babrik Shah, Asif Khan and actress Sobia Khan. The songs for this film are sung by Rahim Shah, Sitara Younis, Gul Panra and Asma Lata. The Director for this film is Arbaz Khan.
Another new Pashto film ‘Da Khkolo Badshahi’ will be relased on Eid-ul-Fitr. Another prominent actor Shahid Khan is playing a leading in the film. This film is an action film. There is some good songs and fast dances in this Pashto film. This year, Shahid Khan is appearing in four Pashto cinema scope films on this Eid ul Fitr, “Taufaan”, “Har Dam Kher”, “Badamala” and now “Da Khkulo Badshahi da”. For the very first time in history that four of Shahid Khan’s films are releasing at once.
The casting of this film are Shahid Khan, Dua Qureshi, Dilbar Munir, Jahangir Khan Jani, Muhammad Hussain Swati and others. The film is presented by Ghofia Production, and directed by Arshad Khan. Music has given by Maas Khan Vishal. The singers of this film are: Shahsawar Khan, Neelo Khan, Asma Lata, Hashmat Sahar, Raees Bacha and Sitara Younis. Film “Taufaan” is one of the action films of this Eid ul Fitr. The direction of this Taufaan is given by Anayat Ullah Khan and singers are Sitara Younis, Rahim Shah, Shahsawar Khan and Nelo Khan.
However, Sono Lal and Sahiba Noor are dancers and heroines of this film. Jahangir Khan is as always rolling negative character in this movie and Muhammad Hussain Swati is doing his role is a “Badmash”. Cinema lovers expect that they would have the opportunity to watch good films this year.
