Attacks on Jang, The News go on as Wassan orders inquiry
HYDERABAD: Some members of nationalist parties have snatched a few copies of Jang and The News in some areas of Qasimabad. They teared down the copies and burnt them. In Hala also some members of JSQM snatched a few copies of Jang and burnt them.
APP adds: Sindh Home Minister Manzoor Hussain Wassan has expressed deep concern over the alleged attack on the offices of Jang Group of Companies. According to a statement of the Home Department issued here on Saturday, he ordered the Additional IG to take concrete steps for security of the offices of the electronic and print media. He also sought a thorough inquiry into the alleged attack on the office and take stern action.
