APNS greets Pir Sufaid Shah for getting ‘Baba-e-Pashto Sahafat’ title
KARACHI: The All Pakistan Newspapers Society’s (APNS) Secretary General, Sarmad Ali, and other members have felicitated senior journalist and part of the Central Executive Committee Pir Sufaid Shah Humdard on receiving the title of ‘Baba-e-Pashto Sahafat’ from Aalimi Pashto Conference.
In a statement issued here on Tuesday, APNS Secretary General Sarmad Ali paid rich tributes to the services rendered by Sufaid Shah for the promotion of Pashto journalism. He said that Roznama Wahdat had become a major teaching institution of Pashto journalism in the country due to the relentless efforts and struggle by Pir Sufaid Shah.
He said that receiving the title from an international forum by an APNS Central Executive Committee member was a great moment for the whole society.
