APAFF leaders vow to resolve newspapers hawkers’ problems

ISLAMABAD: President of All Pakistan Akhbar Faroosh Federation (APAFF) Syed Afzal Shah and Secretary General Tikka Khan on Tuesday pledged to resolve all the problems being faced by the newspapers hawkers.

They stated this during the meeting of central executive committee of the federation, which showed full confidence in the leadership of Syed Afzal and Tikka Khan.

Both the leaders said that the hawkers were the backbone of the newspaper industry and the federation would not tolerate usurping of their rights. Afzal Shah lauded the services rendered by Tikka Khan for the welfare of the hawkers community from Khyber to Karachi and said that they were all united for the welfare of the community.

The meeting was also addressed by Vice President Punjab Chaudhry Muahmmad Shafi, Vice President Sindh Abdul Sattar, Vice President Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Abdul Haleem Khan and Vice President Mir Ahmed Baloch, Vice Presdient Azad Kashmir Syed Shabir Gilani, Joint Secretary Shiekh Umer Din, Secreatry Finance Nazir Satti, Secretary Information Nazir Ahmed Baghi, President Karachi Akhbar Faroosh Union Iqbal Noon, Secretary Karachi Hameed Dada, Abdur Rahim, Syed Amir Afzal Shah and others.
