It is a great misfortune that Mass Communication Department in University of Karachi has its own FM radio to prepare the students, but very few of them take advantage of the facility. Most of the students don’t even know that a radio station exists in their department. This is the duty of the teachers to promote the FM radio among the students and make them aware of the advantages of becoming familiar with it. Moreover, the teachers should make the students utilise the FM 90.6 and give the students constant assignments concerning the radio. Students should realise that this is their duty to present educational programs on this radio station and make their careers as this radio has been set up for them.
