ISLAMABAD: The News Channel of the Pakistan Television (PTV Channel III) started its transmission from Thursday, after a delay of about one month due to the dismissal of Nawaz Sharif’s government. The transmission can be watched in all the big cities on the STN channel. The channel is meant exclusively for news and current affairs’ programmes. The channel’s transmissions were go on air on October 16, but were delayed due to political changes.
