YouTube ban

By: Mehar-un-nisa

I would like to draw the attention of the concerned authorities to an issue faced by a large number of students. Since we use content analysis as a methodology during our research, we need to access different websites for content. YouTube is preferred over other websites for this purpose.

The YouTube ban has halted this aspect of our research work. Students of other disciplines are also finding it difficult to access desired visual material like tutorials, documentaries, presentations and online lectures. It is also difficult to access proxies now. Therefore it’s my humble request to the concerned authorities: please block only the stuff that needs to be blocked rather than blocking websites completely. Please help in reducing our stress!
