KARACHI, June 07 2006: Unilever Pakistan Limited, in partnership with Shell Pakistan, DuPont & ICI Pakistan hosted a workshop on ‘Coaching for Performance’, under’ the Dia umbrella, The workshop, which was conducted by Sara Ashraf, associate coach, College of Coaching and Mentoring International, UK, aimed to provide guidance and professional vision about career and growth opportunities, It, focused on methodical ways of working with increased effectiveness and striking a successful work life balance.

Dia, a women’s network, committed to promote and enhance the influence of professional women, was launched in 2005 by Shell and DuPont Early this year, Unilever Pakistan and ICI Pakistan also joined this network to take Dia forward, This network encourages both men and women to exchange views about careers and professional growth, and the workshop was well attended by both male and female employees and stakeholders of all Dia partners, .
