Woman commits suicide
Karachi: A young woman shot herself to death on Wednesday in the Darakshan police jurisdiction.
The victim was identified as 25-year-old Saima (wife of Karam Ali). She locked herself in a room of her bungalow (No. 176) on Khayban-e-Ittehad, lane- 35, DHA, and shot herself to death using her guard’s repeater. After hearing the shot, her husband rushed into the room, and found Saima lying in a pool of blood. He immediately informed the police.
The police shifted Saima’s body to the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre for legal formalities. The police said that Saima was the owner of a beauty parlour situated in Defence.
