Wage Board meeting on 29th
ISLAMABAD- The First meeting of the seventh wage board for newspaper employees will be held at Islamabad on August 29, with the board chairman, Justice Afrasiab Khan, in the chair.
Federal Minister for information and Media Development Javed Jabbar and Minister for Labour and Local Government Omar Asghar are likely to attend the meeting.
The board comprise five members of the employees represented by the Pakistan Federal Union of Journalists (PFUJ) and All Pakistan Newspapers Employees Confederation (APNEC) and five members of the employees represented by the All Pakistan Newspapers Society (APNS).
