Three cable operators held

KARACHI- Three persons were arrested by the police for allegedly running TV cables without authorization in interior Sindh.

Raids were conducted in Larkana and Nawabshah on a complaint of Royal Intellectual Property Rights Security Services (Pvt) Limited.

Police seized several electronic items including five decoders, two splitter, one video CD player and about nine video films.

On the pointation of Royal IPR Security Services, similar raids will be conducted in other parts of the country.

In Larkana, Market Police Station officials conducted raids on the vicinity of Gulf Hotel and at Asghar Plaza.

In a similar raid, the A-Section Police confiscated 12 decoders, two splitters, one video CD player and 11 movies from an unlicensed outlet.
