Survey of Newsmen
DERA GHAZI KHAN- An intelligence agency is collecting information about journalist, according to police sources.
The source said the agency has sought police assistance for the purpose. The agency questionnaire reportedly includes questions about age, home and office addresses, number and names of dependents, political affiliation and assets and the exercise was countrywide.
A senior Punjab Police officer, who requested anonymity, confirmed that the police was cooperating with all intelligence agencies for the survey.
Intelligence agencies have already been reported to be gathering information on various tribes and clans in Dera Ghazi Khan division and their relations at the grassroots level.
Sources said the survey is being taken to predict and plan the outcome of local elections results.
