Strategy to raise software exports
ISLAMABAD- Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) has chalked out a new strategy to increase revenue and software exports of the country.
The new plan envisages setting up marketing offices in USA, UK, Europe, China, Japan and Far East and Middle East. Professionals of high caliber will manage these offices.
The plan prepared by the PSEB includes long-term and short-term initiatives for developing core relations and contacts for international marketing.
In the first stage, a core marketing team of 10 professionals (mainly expatriate Pakistanis from the markets) will be placed in Islamabad for developing contacts in strategic geo-business areas.
After the business develops from each area to $5 million, a local office will be placed in capitals of these areas. This will be the second stage.
