Star TV Network warns
KARACHI- Star TV network in Pakistan has warned all those individuals, cable and satellite television operators who are involved in unauthorized distribution of international satellite television services without proper authorization of the owners.
In a press release issued it was revealed that Star TV with the assistance of the Motion Picture Association (MPA) is monitoring the unauthorised distribution of international broadcasters.
It has been reiterated that Star TV and MPA will not hesitate to Exercise their rights to prosecute these unauthorized individuals or -entities under any circumstances and all pertinent provisions of international laws and laws of Pakistan Copyright Ordinance, 1962, to the fullest extent.
It may be recalled here that Star TV Network is Asia’s leading multi-platform and multi service provider, which has about 30 TV, channels in seven languages and reach more than 300 million viewers across 53 Asian countries.
