Special children attend Geo TV quiz in ‘Pehchan Ramazan’
KARACHI: The participation of people from different walks of life continued for the 6th day in the direct special transmission of Geo TV’s programme ‘Pehchan Ramazan’ in the Ramazan City.
The internationally acclaimed broadcaster Dr Amir Liaquat Hussain had invited special children of the Dewa Academy at the most popular and unique programme of the Ramazan transmission in the television history.
These children are carving their status in the society boldly despite having ailments of different nature and progressing well in different disciplines of life.
Dr Amir Liaquat Hussain while explaining the services of the Dewa Academy in rehabilitating these children and making them useful citizens of the society said the academy had been serving for over half a century without any discrimination.
The host freely mixed up with the children, discussed matters relating to their education and other activities and also distributed gifts among them. Dr Amir announced the most costly prize in the history of quiz competitions of the country by awarding a car after answering ten questions.
The viewers have expressed their highest appreciations for the programme broadcast in connection with the holy month of Ramazan.
