Sharmila telephones Niaz Bhatti
HYDERABAD: Advisor to Chief Minister Sindh, Sharmila Farooqui on Wednesday telephoned to the injured journalist Niaz Bhatti, who was admitted in Hyderabad city and inquired about his health.
It may be recalled that 3-days back, attempt to murder was made by some criminals on Niaz Bhatti at Mehar, District Dadu, consequently he received injuries in his head and arms and admitted in Civil Hospital LMUH Hyderabad city branch, where his condition is out of danger.
Sharmila also inquired from injured journalist about the facts of incident and assured him that she will talk to Sindh police to bring the culprits in the court for justice. She said that a strategy has already been evolved in the information department to resolve the complaints and problems of journalists with the help of the administration concerned on priority basis.
