Seventh Wage Board by end-May
ISLAMABAD- Labour Minister Omar Asghar Khan assured the newsmen that the Seventh wage Board for the employees of newspapers industry would be constituted maximum by the end of May.
Talking to newsmen he said it would be his efforts to constitute the board as early as possible. He said he is in consultation with the Ministry of Law for the appointment of a judge of the superior court to head the board.
Omar said his ministry has already received the names of the employees and the employees for the Wage Board. He said the interest and the welfare of the journalists is dear to him.
