Seven Accused of Anti-State Propaganda Face Charges in Karachi

Authorities have filed cases against seven individuals in Karachi for allegedly spreading anti-state propaganda and false narratives on social media platforms, including WhatsApp and X (formerly Twitter). The accused were identified as Muhammad Sohail, Muhammad Junaid, Sheikh Muhammad Ehsan, Tariq Jameel, Syed Rizwan, Muhammad Ahmed, and Babar Azeem. Efforts to apprehend the suspects are underway.

This action follows a similar operation the day before, in which 12 individuals were charged with comparable offenses.
