Sajid Tareen gets bail in pamphlet case
The police had submitted that Sajid Tareen was arrested in November last year for the distribution of pamphlets against the government, while the applicant denied that he had distributed any pamphlets. The court had admitted the bail application and observed that the prosecution failed to produce any solid evidence against the applicant about the charge levelled against him.
