RSF, Himal appeal for aid to flood victims
PESHAWAR: International media watchdog Paris-based organisation Reporters Without Borders (RSF) and Nepalese magazine Himal Southasian appealed to the international community to join relief operations for the flood victims in Pakistan.
Meanwhile, Himal Southasian set up a fund in Kathmandu for those all over South Asia and elsewhere seeking to support the immediate, ongoing relief efforts in Pakistan.
The recipient organisation is The Institute for Social Movements-Pakistan (ISM PAK) in Hyderabad, working with the Orangi Pilot Project (OPP) on emergency response and support.
