Rs 2381 million allocated for Law, Justice & HR Division
ISLAMABAD (APP) — The government has ear-marked Rs 2381.000 million for Law, Justice and Human Rights Division in Public Sector Development Programme 2008-2009 for the implementation of three ongoing projects and one new scheme.
The amount allocated under, Public Sector Development Programme would be provided from local resources while an amount of Rs 350 million would be spent with foreign loan. Among the ongoing projects, allocation of Rs 350 million for the Technical Assistance to Access to Justice Programme (revised) Islamabad would be met with foreign loan.
According to the break-up of the allocations, an amount of Rs 63.462 million have also been allocated for a new scheme; Construction of New Building of Federal Shariat Court Bench Registry Khyber Road, Peshawar.
The major part of the PSDP allocations for Law, Justice &, Human Rights Division, will be spent on three ongoing projects.
