Rally in Larkana
LARKANA: A rally was taken out by the Larkana Union of Journalists against the killing of journalist Ashique Mangihere on Thursday.
The rally was led by media men, including Badal Mallah, Sarwar Gadhi, Qazi Aijaz, Nazir Chandio, Sajjad Mirani, and Zulfiqar Meerani.
They marched on several roads of the city before culminating at the Jinnah Bagh Chowk, where the protesters staged a sit-in for two hours.
Meanwhile, Chairman JSQM Bashir Qureshi said the killing of Ashiq Mangi was terrorism and the rulers were least bothered about taking terrorists, dacoits and robbers to task.
