PTCL launches ‘call me back’ service
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Telecommunication Company Ltd (PTCL) in order to save its customers on their budget and to make them get through busy cellular network has launched an innovative service named “call me back”.
This service would now give landline customers facilitation of sending SMS (messages) through their landline or Vfone of “call me back” on the cellular number they desire to leave a message on. The service is most useful in the cases when the number they are trying to reach is busy or on ‘call waiting’, which saves them the hassle of trying to get through the busy cellular networks.
The service would be readily available on customer telephone sets with no subscription required.
