Protest meeting
KARACHI- Journalists and newspaper workers will observe black day on February 8 by holding a protest meeting at Karachi Press Club (KPC) at 3.30 p.m. against the boycott of Seventh Wage Board by the employers, says a Karachi Union of Journalists (KUJ) press release.
The meeting will decide future course of action for the implementation of interim relief already announced by the Wage Board chairman.
KUJ General Secretary Tahir Najmi has requested all the journalists and newspaper workers to demonstrate unity by attending the meeting.
