Police to start FM radio service in Ramadan

KARACHI: Sindh police is taking steps to start Police FM radio service in the holy month of Ramadan to facilitate commuters and motorists, said police spokesman on Sunday. He said Inspector General Police Sindh Shahid Nadeem Baloch had instructed police to keep law and order situation in control under its extraordinary security plan.

He said Ulema and other stakeholders should be taken on board while planning security of mosques, Taraveeh prayer congregations and religious places. He said a contingency plan should be made for market and industrial areas with cooperation of their associations.
