Outdated web site creating hurdles for Railway commuters
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Railways commuters who check the timings and fares of trains online are facing problems due to outdated website. The commuters urged the concerned authorities to update the outdated website to facilitate commuters.
Several passengers complained that they tried again and again to reserve seat but due to outdated website they failed to enjoy online facility.
Meanwhile, passengers also complained that railways officials behaviour with people at Railway Stations is non professional attitude. A railways official said that ‘we update our website every week.’ He said that the management is aware of the passengers’ problems and is trying its best to redress them and added that it is trying best to facilitate passengers.
