Newsmen regret blast at Nawa-i-Waqt
SUKKUR- An emergency meeting of Sukkur Union of Journalists (SUJ) held under the chairmanship of President SUJ Shamim Shamsi strongly condemned the bomb blast at the old offices of daily Nawa-i-Waqt and The Nation. Karachi leaving three dead and several injured.
The resolution passed in the meeting termed the incident as a heinous and cowardly act, which was highly condemnable. The meeting also offered fateha for the victims. It also urged the government to use iron hand against the terrorists involved behind the incident.
