Newsmen call off protest
Sukkar:Local journalists called off their protest ,scheduled on Saturday ,as AIGP Sukkur Range Rahoo Khan Brohi withdraw his orders regarding the shifting of investigation in the newsman killing case to the SP Khairpur.
In this connection a meeting of journalist was held in the Sukkur Press Club on Friday, which decided to cancel the protest call. Earlier the investigation into the killing of journalist Ameer Bux Brohi was suddenly shifted to the SP Khairpur,despite the Shikarpur police had almost completed the investigation and DPO Shikarpur was supposed to announce the findings of the probe within 24 hours.
