Newsman grieved
KARACHI – Razia Fatima, 85, mother of senior journalist Shamim-ur-Rehman, died on Friday (June 4) morning after a protracted illness.
The burial will take place on Saturday after Zohr prayers at the Cantonment graveyard, behind Askari-4, Gulistan-e-Johar. Funeral will begin from the deceased’s residence, A1-02, Shumaila Arcade, Gulistan-e-Johar, Block-17, Karachi.
Meanwhile, the PPP chairperson, Benazir Bhutto and Muttahida chief Altaf Hussain have condoled the death of Shamim’s mother.
