Media Center soon to facilitate journalists: Shazia Marri
KARACHI: Sindh Minister for Information Shazia Marri has said that Sindh Information Department is being organized on modern lines to cope with the growing demands of 21st century and a media center will be constructed, equipped with latest technology to facilitate the journalists soon.
This she said while presiding over high level departmental meeting here on Tuesday at her office.
She directed the officers to coordinate with the media men and to bring improvements in their working so that the people could get information about ongoing development projects which government had initiated for the betterment of the people.
She said that it was the prime duty of the Information Department to help media in performing their duties.
Secretary Information Malik Ansar Hussain, Director General Syed Safdar Ali Shah, Director Administration/ Press Information S M Iqbal, Director Advertisement Abdul Aziz Memon, Director Films Mansoor Shaikh, Director Publication Yasmeen Memon and others also attended the meeting.
