Man among three killed over Karo- Kari
SUKKUR – Karo-Kari claimed the lives of two women in two separate incidents in Jacobabad and Ghotki on September 2, morning.
In the first incident Firdous was shot dead allegedly by her husband Muhammad Hanif in village Allah Dad Jakhrani on the pretext of having illicit relations with Aziz Jakhrani.
The relatives of Firdous alÂleged that the police are registering a false FIR against Pervaiz, nephew of Muhammad Hanif after a deal with the family. They said actually the husband was directly involved in the murder of Firdous. Firdous is said to be five months pregnant.
In another incident, Hajani was gunned down by her husband Moulu Lolai in Katcha Bhindi police station jurisdiction, declaring her Kari with some other Lolai tribesman and escaped.
Our Sangbar correspondent adds Meanwhile, one Shah Nawaz, alias .Shaho Khaskhely, and Phatu Bebeel killed one Noor Khan Murry, some 50 kilometres off here on September 2 in the precinct of Jam Nawaz AIi police station after declaring him Karo.
Shah Nawaz and Phatu Bebeel surrendered to police and said Noor Khan had illicit relations with the mother of Shah Nawaz. Later, police reached the scene and shifted the deceased’s body to the Taluka Hospital. Afer postmortem, the body was handed over to deceased’s relatives.
