KalSoft and Indian software firm sign MoU

KARACHI: A leading information technology company, KalSoft Private Limited, has inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with India’s Pune-based Indus Software for the development and marketing of software.

With the signing of the MoU, the KalSoft became the first software company in the country to sign an agreement with a technology vendor in neighbouring India.

Indus Software specialises in software development on diverse technologies with a special focus and domain expertise in developing solutions for the banking sector apart from many other industries.

The KalSoft is a ‘Microsoft Certified Partner’ and one of the early adapters of ‘Dot Net’ in the local industry, a fact acknowledged by Microsoft Corporation as well.

The KalSoft is both a member of the Microsoft Mobile Solution Partner Programme and a MS Business Solution (MBS). It also signed a Master Subcontract Agreement (MSA) with the international software giant.

The new venture will open new avenues for each partner to share their skills and experiences with each other.

The agreement was signed by Tarun Mathur, chief marketing officer of Indus Software and Abdul Ghaffar Memon, chief executive of KalSoft Limited.
