Junaid Khan will be your Careem captain today
Music band Call that features Zulfiqar Jabbar Khan, M. Sultan Raja and Junaid Khan recently joined forces with WWF Pakistan for their newest music video ‘Rang Do,’ which released earlier this month (August 13). The song that shows the beauty of Pakistan and covers around 70 cities, villages and valleys is aimed towards a good cause of planting trees across the country.
The process has begun and people have been planting trees across the country as a part of the initiative. In a recent turn of events, lead vocalist of the band, Junaid Khan announced on his social media via a video message that as part of the proceedings, he will serve as a Careem captain on Tuesday (today).
“Careem too has joined hands with Call and WWF Pakistan together and we are planning to plant 1.4 million trees all over Pakistan in the span of one year,” he informed in the video message.
He also stated that it is not possible without people’s contribution and shared that if we choose the car type ‘Rang Do’ while booking a ride, we will be donating one plant to WWF Pakistan which will be placed somewhere in the country.
“I will be your Careem captain if you take that car type,” he added. “And together we will mark Pakistan green. See you on the road!”
