Journalist manhandled by students
Larkana: Students of the Quaid-e-Awam Engineering University’s Larkana campus on Monday brutally tortured a private television cameraman, Waqar Magsi, at the Chandka Medical College Hospital’s emergency ward.
The students also snatched his camera and mobile phone. The journalist was there for the follow-up to a clash between two student groups inside the engineering university, in which three students, Sadam Shaikh, Yousif Attar and Waheed Luk were fatally wounded.
The journalist community strongly condemned the incident.
