Journalist Asad murder attack in Islamabad? IV News
Journalist Asad Ali was allegedly assassinated near Zero Point in Islamabad in which his car was rammed by another vehicle and the accused fled the scene immediately.
Senior Journalist Hamid Mir tweeted that there has been a murderous attack on journalists. He further wrote that he was attacked in Islamabad last year as well. Hamid Mir demanded the Islamabad Police to immediately arrest the people behind this attack.
However, according to Naya Dore sources, this was not an attack but an accident and the driver of this vehicle has also been arrested now. Asad Toor while talking to Rabia Mahmood of Naya Door said that his car was hit by a collision which caused two stunts to go away but they were saved because of the seat belt. He further said that there were two men and one woman in the vehicle and they belonged to Gujarat. They had come to Islamabad to attend a wedding.
Later, Hamid Mir also deleted his tweet. In another tweet, he wrote that the driver of the car that collided with Asad’s car has been arrested and is expected to be punished for breaking the law.
Asad Ali also reports from the Supreme Court for Naya Dur Urdu and has nearly 80,000 followers on his YouTube channel. Yesterday, he revealed while talking to Naya Door program Islamabad Buzz that Imran Khan has been given the lists of some retired officers and these former officers have been given the responsibility to replace the serving officers who are working under his command. Have done, convince some of them to resign on the occasion of March. He said that if even a few of these officers resign and come on stage and make a small speech, they will succeed in giving an impression that there is a rebellion in the army.

In May last year, Asad Ali was attacked in Islamabad when three men entered his flat and assaulted him. Asad Toor had reached the hospital after that and had narrated the incident with him.
This case was going on in the court for several months but no significant progress could be made on it. It may be recalled that in this case there were CCTV videos in which the assailants could be seen but NADRA had shown disability in recognizing faces.
A few days later, during a protest against the attack on Asad Ali, Hamid Mir gave a very strong speech, after which he was banned, which lasted for almost a year.
