Jatoi announces uplift schemes for Dadu
DADU: Federal Minister for Water and Power Liaquat Ali Khan Jatoi has said improvement in the socio-economic conditions of the masses and the uplift of remote areas with the provision of all basic facilities are the mottos of the government and it is striving hard to achieve the task in the minimum possible time.
The minister said this while addressing public meetings in different villages of the district. He said only in the Dadu district record development schemes are under completion.The minister said Rs 180 million have been provided to 350 villages, while the people of 70 other villages will soon get the gas facility.
He announced Rs 50,000 for the development of “Sattan Naang Dargah” in the village of Ali Khan Khand and also visited the two-room primary school building of the village being constructed at a cost of Rs 0.95 million.He also announced the provision of electricity to the villages of Dhani Bux Panhwar and Sajan Chandio.
