Information secy meets editors, journalists
KARACHI- Information and Media Development Secretary Anwer Mahmood met the leading editors, columnists and senior reporters from the newspapers and news agencies in Karachi and Sindh at a dinner hosted by him at a local hotel. Anwer Mahmood welcomed the editors and newsmen personally at the dinner and exchanged views over matters relating to liaison between the Information Ministry and the press such that a close working relationship is maintained.
Anwer Mahmood also exchanged ideas on improving the Radio and TV programmes as also the contents of the new TV channel. He said he was always ready to meet the journalists and have an exchange of ideas with them so that the government-press working relationship was further enhanced.
