Indonesian women’s body provides relief aid
ISLAMABAD: Chairperson of the Indonesian Women Association Butar Latuconsina and other members of the association visited District Headquarter Hospital in Charsadda to donate relief aid to the poor and needy patients affected by the flood, says a press release issued here on Wednesday.
The Association has been active in contributing donations to arrange urgently required relief aid for the flood victims. This was second time that the association contributed their donations to the flood victims.
Earlier, the association had donated relief aid consisting of ration bags, women garments and medicines for over 400 families. This time, the association arranged aid, including food items and clothes, to provide some relief to 150 families.
Medical Superintendent Dr Muhammad Nawaz Khan received the donations and admired the sincere efforts of the association for making valuable contribution to alleviate the miseries of the affected people.
