Indian media team meets Hina
ISLAMABAD: An Indian media delegation, which called on Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar on Friday, was briefed on the recent developments in Pak-India relations.
Hina said the government of Pakistan was committed to a constructive, sustained and result-oriented process of engagement with India.
She also noted that since the resumption of dialogue early last year, there had been a substantial progress, particularly in normalization of trade relations.
Responding to several questions by the members of the delegation, the Foreign Minister underlined the importance of building and an environment of trust between the two countries.
She also said that Pakistan could not ignore the importance of the countries of the region and that it wanted to have good relations with all its neighbours including India.
