‘Inaam Ghar’ becomes Asia’s most viewed family show

KARACHI: The unique style and charisma of Dr Amir Liaquat Hussain has made ‘Inaam Ghar’ the most viewed family show not only in Pakistan, but also abroad in a small span of two months.

The show is aired live on Geo Television on Thursdays and Saturdays. According to independent sources, ‘Inaam Ghar’ surpasses all shows because of its individuality and the maximum number of its viewers are in Asia. The show is telecast live for three hours and is unique and uniqueness, which makes it popular of all game/reality shows.

‘Inaam Ghar’ started on January 18 this year. It has achieved a milestone by becoming the most viewed show in Asia.The amusing games and quizzes went on in the 17th programme of the show and the audience won a number of prizes. Dr Amir, the host of the show, declared the late Zaid Rao as ‘Pakistan Ideal’.

Zaid Rao was a patient of Thalassaemia and played a prominent role for the treatment of patients of this fatal disease. The deceased became a guest in three transmissions including ‘Amaan Ramazan’. His mother received ‘Pakistan Ideal’ amid tears.

During the show, two girls, Jannat Mushtaq and Zakia Haq, appeared on the stage with rare kinds of cats that amused the audience, especially the children.On the occasion, Dr Amir Liaquat announced 100 percent BBA scholarship for bright students, Mujtaba Hassan and Sara Zaki. The scholarships came from KASBIT Institute of Technology.

Meanwhile, after the start of show with Sufi poetry, Dr Amir Liaquat Hussain had a talk with the audience and the viewers in a charismatic style. Rauf Alam, a character of PTV’s comedy programme ‘Fifty Fifty’ also participated in the show and made the viewers take interest in it.

A contest of fish frying took place between women participants in the Chat Pat Chat Chut, Safa Chat Fata Fut’ segment. Meanwhile, a competition between women took place in which the winner had to sew more number of buttons. Similarly, men contested the dessert eating competition.

The entertaining contests including ‘Lagao Tukka’, arm-wrestling and ‘Baraf Paani’ enthralled viewers and the audience, while acting competition between husband and wife, and in-laws, amused all.

In ‘Car Waar Lay Ja Meray Yar’, ‘Sureelay’ could not win the car but motorcycle. During the contest, Munjam Ali Muhammad, on a lighter note, amused all with his predictions. During the show, the audience won fabulous prizes in great number. In the concluding moments of the show, prizes were distributed through the lucky draws.
