HAFIZABAD- Press Club Hafizabad has expressed its resentment over the non-issuance of permission cards by the Election Authority to observe the polls in the district.

The local correspondent went from pillar to post to get the cards during the past three days but the concerned authorities told them that they have not received the cards.

However, the Chairman Press Club was informed that the cards have reached the office of Election Authority and the desirous correspondents can fetch their cards by presenting Press Cards, National Identity Card (NIC) and a photograph at 8:00 am on March 21. Most of the local correspondents did not obtain the cards in protest.
