Foreign media men’s visit to Chaman banned
Quetta- A restriction has been imposed on foreign journalists to visit Chaman with direction to stay in Quetta, it was learnt here on Monday. The ban has been imposed for security reasons.
A very large number of foreign journalists including reporters, photographers and TV teams have arrived here for the coverage of possible US attack on Afghanistan in the aftermath of terrorists attack in New York and Washington. Most of the media men were covering events at Pak-Afghan border at Chaman.
Authorities have taken strict security measures at a four-star hotel in the metropolis where majority of these foreign media men was staying.
