Ex-rear admiral Saeed Sargana named NAB deputy chairman

ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari has appointed Rear Admiral (retd) Saeed Ahmed Sargana as Deputy Chairman of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB).
After being appointed the Deputy Chairman NAB, Rear Admiral (retd) Saeed Ahmed Sargana assumed the charge of office on Wednesday.Rear Admiral Sargana had served in the Pakistan Navy for 36 years. During this period, Sargana served the organisation in various capacities like Principal Staff Officer at Naval HQ, Islamabad, Deputy Chief of Naval Staff, Secretary Navy Board and different other important posts.
Apart from his naval services, Sargana also served as Director General NAB Rawalpindi from 2002 to 2004. The post of deputy chairman NAB was vacant since the resignation of Javed Zia Qazi in July this year.
