District Police Officer Attock orders inquiry into Deputy Superintendent of police’s alleged misbehavior with journalist
ATTOCK – DPO Attock has ordered a departmental inquiry against the DSP Pindigheb circle for allegedly using abusive language against a journalist. According to sources, a private TV channel journalist from Pindigheb informed police about timber smuggling through two trucks. Although, police impounded both the trucks but they were later released due to unknown reasons. Furthermore, the journalist who had highlighted the issue was also abused by DSP Pindigheb on call, when he tried to inquire about the matter. DPO Attock Rana Shoaib Mahmood took notice of the incident and ordered SP Investigation, Asif Masood to inquire about the incident and submit a report.
