Dawn staffer grieved
ISLAMABAD: The elder brother of Zar Alam Khan, a subeditor at Dawn Islamabad, died at the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (Pims) here on Friday.Sarfaraz Khan, 55 and father of five, died due to internal bleeding as he had suffered head injury on Thursday while coming from Peshawar to Islamabad in a public van. His head struck with the vehicle’s body when the driver applied brakes suddenly. He was shifted to Pims where he died before undergoing a surgery. Mr Khan’s body was taken to his native town, Garam Chashma in Chitral for burial. Dawn staff members expressed grief over the tragic death of their colleague’s elder brother.
