Computer institute at KPC
KARACHI – Federal Minister for Communications, Senator Babar Khan Ghauri will inaugurate a computer institute at Karachi Press Club (KPC) on May 29.
The chairman of ‘Co-ordination Group’, Hanif S Kalia, will preside over the inaugural ceremony. KPC President Nizam Siddiqui said the institute was equipped with 15 computers, which would be utilised for imparting computer training to the members of the club as well as their families. Nizam Siddiqui was of the view that the institute that has been set up in the premises of the KPC in collaboration with the social welfare project of Kalia Group of Companies, would help bringing about an improvement in the performance of the journalists.
