Composer Amjad Bobby’s 7th death anniversary today

LAHORE: Pakistan film industry’s top composer maestro Amjad Bobby’s seventh death anniversary is being observed today (Sunday).

Amjad Bobby died of cardiac arrest on April 15, 2005.

He has composed music for a number of blockbuster films, like ‘Ik Nagina’, ‘Bobby’, ‘Rubby’, ‘Kabhi Alwida Na Kehna’, ‘Lazawaal’, ‘Sangam’, ‘Ghunghat’, Reema’s ‘Koi Tujh Sa Kahan’, ‘Inteha’, ‘Yeh Dil Aap Ka Hua’, ‘Ghar Kab Aao Gay’, ‘Terey Pyar Mein’, ‘Kabhi Pyar Na Karna’, ‘Yes Boss’, ‘Mushkal’ and ‘Ansoo Aur Sholey’.

Bobby was the only composer to have revived Urdu music in Lollywood from 1980 to 1990.
