Chief Minister Bizenjo orders fund release for newspapers
QUETTA: Balochistan Minister Mir Abdul Quddus Bizenjo has taken notice of the delay in disbursement of funds for payment of bills in the form of advertisements and directed the Secretary Finance to release the funds immediately and submit a report in this regard.
He said that the newspaper industry of the province would not be allowed to suffer from financial crisis due to non-payment of funds and the release of funds would solve the financial problems of the workers associated with the industry.
It has also been directed to send a summary for the approval of the total funds required for the payment. Provide full support for the development of the industry and ensure payment of newspaper dues on priority basis.
