CBR developing software
ISLAMABAD – In a bid to facilitate exporters under Duty and Tax Remission of Export (DTRE) Rules, the Central Board of Revenue (CBR) is developing a software for electronic filing of declarations / statements by the exporters from next financial year.
Sources said in Islamabad on April 6 that the CBR is working on making all formats computer compatible in the forthcoming budget facilitating electronic filing of statements under the DTRE scheme.
The CBR will issue revised DTRE scheme in the budget incorporating all the clarifications issued from time to time.
In this regard, the CBR has signed a new SRO on DTRE to be issued in the Budget 2004-05.
